Ahona, born as Ahona Rahman Lucky is now one of the most popular Television Actress and models in Bangladesh. She was born on 14 April 1987 in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Ahona started her media career when she was 15 years old. From that early age, she is performing in different commercials and dramas. In the Beauty Pageant Binodon Bichitra Photogenic Contest of 2006, she was the top five position. Till then she has appeared in various tv commercials including Pran Juice, Jui coconut oil, cosmos biscuit, Transcom Electronics, GrameenPhone, Nescafe, Pepsodent and many other TV commercials.
After that, her debut on the silver screen was in 2008 with the film “chakorer Prem”. The name of the director of that film was Rakibl Alam Rakib. Her co-actor on that movie was Amin Khan who was a superstar on that time. But unfortunately, the movie was not commercially successful. So, she again went back to the modeling career. She then started to perform in the TV dramas. Her notable dramas are “O Amar Bondu”, “Obosheshey Natokey Porinoto Holo”, “Choita Pagla”, “Opekkha”, “Onnorokom Eid”, “Ek Polokey”, “Mamar Breaking News” and many others. Currently, she is hosting a popular TV show name “Cine Bangla”.

She again decided to come back to the silver screen in the late of 2011. Then she acted in a film named Poddo Parer Parboti. The film was directed by Rafique Shikder. The shooting of the film started from 6th of January in the year 2012. But, with an unknown reason, after shooting for a day of that film, she announced that she will not work anymore one that movie. Now she is working in a new movie of F I Manik named Dui Prithibi. Several superstars like Shakib Khan, Abul Hayat, Alamgir, Apu Bishwas, Diti, Mahiya Mahi, Dolly Zahur, Sadeque Bacchu, Misha Shawdagar, Pori Moni Hasan Imam, Mizu Ahmed were with her in that film. The music of the movie will be directed by Emon Saha, and the film was scripted by Md. Rafiq uz Zaman.
